As our Affiliate Manager, you'll organize our affiliate traffic channel, ensuring we pay only for targeted actions. You'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, driving growth and building strong partnerships🤝

• 📈 Create and promote the affiliate program, developing and executing promotion strategies.
• 🌐 Work with affiliate networks, webmasters, and other partners to drive performance.
• 🤝 Develop, retain, and activate partnerships, while searching for potential new affiliates.
• 📞 Engage in negotiations and maintain regular contact with partners to ensure alignment and success.
• 💰 Manage CPA and CPL payment models, optimizing partner performance for maximum results.
• 🚀 Attract new traffic and increase traffic volume within the established plan, focusing on volume, quality, geolocation, and other key metrics.
• 🎯 Formulate KPIs and monitor their achievement, ensuring we meet our goals.
• 🔍 Keep an eye on trends in affiliate marketing, monitoring competitor activities to stay ahead.
• 📝 Maintain documentation on partners, control payments, and provide detailed reporting.

• 📅 At least 2 years of experience as an affiliate manager.
• 🚀 Successful experience launching and developing affiliate programs with Revenue Share and CPA offers for financial products.
• 🌍 Good understanding of the cryptocurrency market and extensive international contacts for program launch.
• 🗣️ Fluency in Russian and English to successfully interact with partners across different regions.
• 🏗️ Experience building an affiliate program from scratch is a huge plus!
• 🔧 Experience setting up CPA networks to drive performance and growth.
