To ensure we work well with our clients, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will regularly check in on their needs and help them make the most of our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • 🤝 Build strong relationships with clients: Ensure our customers have a fantastic experience and achieve their goals using our products.
  • 📈 Drive customer success: Identify opportunities to add value, increase satisfaction, and boost client retention.
  • 📊 Analyze customer needs: Gather insights through feedback, helping to tailor our products and services to better meet user needs.
  • 🎓 Educate and train clients: Provide training sessions and resources to help clients get the most out of our products.
  • 🔄 Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • 🛠️ Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Act as a point of contact to address customer queries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • 💡 Propose product improvements: Offer suggestions for product enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.

Requirements

  • 🏆 At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Success or similar role.
  • 💼 Experience in the crypto or fintech industry is a plus.
  • 🗣️ Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • 🔍 Strong analytical skills: Ability to gather, interpret, and apply customer data to drive success.
  • 🤝 Relationship-building skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • 🌍 Fluent in Russian and English: Communicate fluently with our diverse client base.
  • 🎯 Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
  • 💻 Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools to manage customer interactions.
