Responsibilities

  • 🛠️ Technical Support: Assist users with installing, configuring, and using software and hardware. Troubleshoot issues and provide online support. Manage user accounts with ease.
  • 📋 Documentation & Reporting: Write clear instructions and update our internal wiki. Prepare regular reports on user support operations to keep everyone informed.
  • 🤝 Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (IT, development, sales) to resolve issues and complete projects efficiently.
  • 🔒 IT Systems Management: Help implement, configure, and maintain information security and IT systems to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Requirements

  • 🎓 Education: Relevant qualifications in IT or information security.
  • 🧑‍💻 Experience: At least 3 years in IT or information security with a strong grasp of network architecture and protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, VPN, etc.).
  • 💻 Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in Windows/MacOS, including understanding major components, commands, and services.
  • 🔐 Security Solutions: Experience implementing and configuring security/IT solutions, and setting up rules and alerts according to security policies.
  • 🗂️ Support Skills: Ability to provide technical support and consult non-specialists as needed. Strong self-organization skills to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
  • 🗣️ Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with technical-level English.
