• 🧠 Develop testing strategies: Define testing goals, select appropriate methods and tools to ensure product quality.
• 👥 Manage the QA team: Lead a team of testers, distribute tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure efficient team collaboration.
• ✅ Ensure compliance with quality standards: Develop and implement processes and standards to maintain high levels of software quality.
• 📅 Test planning and monitoring: Create test plans, monitor task completion, analyze test results, and report findings.
• ⚠️ Risk analysis: Assess potential risks related to software releases and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• 🤝 Collaborate with other departments: Work with development teams, analysts, and project managers to resolve defects and optimize development processes.
• 🔄 Process analysis and optimization: Continuously improve testing and automation processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• 🤖 Test automation: Oversee and coordinate test automation processes to increase testing speed and efficiency.
• 📈 Team training and development: Train new employees, enhance team skills, conduct workshops, and mentor team members.
• 🏆 Performance evaluation and release quality: Maintain high team performance levels and ensure quality across all release stages.

• 🏢 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including managing QA teams.
• 🏆 Proven experience in a QA leadership role (e.g., Senior QA, QA Lead).
• 🗣️ English proficiency at B2 or higher.
• 🧠 Deep knowledge of various testing methodologies (functional, integration, regression, load testing, etc.).
• 🔄 Experience with CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo, etc.).
• 🛠 Familiarity with test management systems (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• 🤖 Experience in test automation, including knowledge of programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress).
• 🌐 Understanding of software architecture and key development principles (APIs, databases, microservices).
• 🖥 Deep understanding of managing test environments and workspaces.
• 🔄 Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies and the ability to work in such environments.
