We’re looking for a Head of Sales Enablement to develop and implement learning initiatives, optimize sales processes, and enhance team productivity. If you have experience in sales training, LMS management, and cross-functional collaboration, we want to hear from you! 🌟

Responsibilities

  • Training Organization: Development and implementation of training programs for sales teams, including training sessions, workshops, and online courses, with a focus on company products and their competitive advantages.
  • Collaboration with Marketing and HR: Working closely with the marketing and HR departments to align training materials with corporate culture and learning standards.
  • LMS and Tools Management: Implementation, configuration, and administration of learning management systems (LMS) and productivity tools for sales teams.
  • Content Updates and Adaptation: Creating and regularly updating materials (guides, presentations, training courses) to align with market demands and product changes.
  • Analysis and Optimization: Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and tools using metrics and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Sales Support: Conducting individual and team coaching sessions, organizing experience-sharing events, and motivating employees.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales Enablement, training, or project management for at least 3 years.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS implementation, training program development, and managing learning initiatives.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work with data (reporting, KPI evaluation).
  • Knowledge of CRM, LMS, and other sales support systems.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, HR, and other departments.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills.
