Responsibilities
- 👥 Lead a team of 5-10+ people, building processes based on data.
- 🎯 Collaborate with C-level executives.
- 📈 Train and develop the recruitment team.
- 🧠 Work with advanced candidate assessment methods (assessment centers, competency-based interviews).
- 🔧 Set up and optimize ATS, develop efficiency metrics.
- 🛠 Support candidates at all stages and address bottlenecks in the hiring process.
- 🌍 Participate in HR branding projects for international markets.
Requirements
- 👥 Proven experience leading a recruitment team in more than two companies.
- 🧠 Strategic thinking and the ability to build efficient processes.
- 💼 Experience working in tech companies.
- ⚡ High energy, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- 🎯 High work standards with a results-oriented mindset.
- 🗣️ Fluent English is a must.
- 💼 Experience working in crypto companies - nice to have
- 🔍 Experience managing sourcing teams - nice to have
