Responsibilities

  • 👥 Lead a team of 5-10+ people, building processes based on data.
  • 🎯 Collaborate with C-level executives.
  • 📈 Train and develop the recruitment team.
  • 🧠 Work with advanced candidate assessment methods (assessment centers, competency-based interviews).
  • 🔧 Set up and optimize ATS, develop efficiency metrics.
  • 🛠 Support candidates at all stages and address bottlenecks in the hiring process.
  • 🌍 Participate in HR branding projects for international markets.

Requirements

  • 👥 Proven experience leading a recruitment team in more than two companies.
  • 🧠 Strategic thinking and the ability to build efficient processes.
  • 💼 Experience working in tech companies.
  • ⚡ High energy, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • 🎯 High work standards with a results-oriented mindset.
  • 🗣️ Fluent English is a must.
  • 💼 Experience working in crypto companies - nice to have
  • 🔍 Experience managing sourcing teams - nice to have
