Responsibilities

  • Building all HR processes from scratch and their implementation;
  • Full cycle of recruitment for key positions of the company (IT and back office);
  • Adaptation and training of new employees;
  • Recruitment planning, taking into account business needs; analysing the efficiency of the recruitment process;
  • Formation and management of HR-budget;
  • Measuring and analysing the efficiency of HR processes, proposing changes to the processes at the management level;
  • Advising top management on structure, team building and formation of an effective working atmosphere;
  • Assisting employees with any HR-related issues;
  • Motivation management, employee retention, resolution of difficult and conflict situations.

Requirements

  • Experience in building HR processes from scratch (onboarding/offboarding/performance review, etc.);
  • Experience in HRD/HRG position for 4 years or more;
  • Advanced communication skills and strategic thinking;
  • Successful experience in recruiting senior/c-level employees;
  • Ability to calculate the efficiency of HR processes, identify metrics and work on their improvement;
  • Availability of successful cases of creation and implementation of complex HR-systems;
  • Experience in forming HR-strategy and managing large HR-projects;
  • Change management, strategic planning and decision-making skills.

Conditions

  • Hybrid working format (you will need to visit the office in Moscow a couple of times a month);
