As a Key Account Manager, you'll attract and onboard partner projects while maintaining strong relationships with our amazing existing partners🤝

• 🔍 Analyze the cryptocurrency market to identify promising projects for integration into EMCD Hub.
• 🤝 Establish and maintain partnerships through negotiations and mutually beneficial agreements.
• 📊 Develop strategies to expand our partner network and ensure partner satisfaction and loyalty.
• ⚙️ Coordinate the integration of partner projects, working closely with technical teams for smooth operations.
• 📅 Manage project implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve goals and resolve issues.
• 📈 Prepare reports on partner network status and integration results, using feedback to improve services.
• 💡 Contribute to product development by proposing improvements and participating in feature development.

Experience and Education:

• 🎓 Higher education in business administration, sales, marketing, finance, or related fields.
• 💼 Experience in cryptocurrency: At least 1 year in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies.
• 🤝 Work experience: Managing partner relationships and conducting high-level negotiations.
• 📊 Project management: Knowledge of project management principles and experience in project management.

Skills and Competencies:

• 🗣️ Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• 🔍 Analytics: Analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• 🌐 Language skills: Proficiency in English at least at Upper-Intermediate (C1) level.
