Responsibilities

  • 🎯 Develop a marketing strategy: Craft and implement a comprehensive strategy for promoting our B2B products, like crypto processing and payroll projects, tailored to the unique needs of our target audience and market trends.
  • 📰 Media planning: Create and manage a media plan to place ads effectively and boost product awareness.
  • 🤝 Collaborate with marketing and contractors: Work closely with internal and external teams to achieve KPIs, coordinate briefings, oversee tasks, and evaluate performance.
  • 🌐 Enhance our website and online presence:

    • Build and optimize funnels on our corporate website to attract and convert potential clients.
    • Boost the site's SEO to draw in targeted traffic.
    • Ensure application forms and contact info are easily accessible for potential clients.
  • 📊 Conduct market and target audience research: Analyze the market to identify key trends and audience needs, developing strategies to attract clients.
  • 💼 Define product positioning: Highlight the value and unique advantages of our products, like crypto processing and payroll projects, in the market.
  • ✍️ Create engaging content: Develop informational and marketing materials for different segments. Publish articles, blogs, and news to showcase product benefits and create compelling marketing presentations.
  • 📈 Launch and optimize advertising campaigns: Design and execute ad campaigns on social networks and relevant platforms. Monitor, analyze results, and tweak strategies based on data insights.
  • 🎁 Develop a loyalty program: Create initiatives to encourage regular product use and attract new users.

Requirements

  • 🏆 At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • 🎯 Strong knowledge of developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • 🤝 Experience working with both internal and external teams.
  • 📊 Media planning skills and familiarity with various advertising channels.
  • 🔍 Excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle large datasets.
  • 🗣️ High level of written and oral communication skills.
  • 🚀 Experience in the crypto industry is a plus.
  • 💼 Proven success in B2B.
