Responsibilities

  • 🔥 Engage with Clients: Actively work with your own and warm client base to attract and retain investors. Build lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
  • 🤝 Negotiate with Ease: Engage in friendly negotiations with potential and existing clients, offering the best investment solutions tailored to their needs.
  • 💡 Consult on Investment Products: Provide helpful consultations on various investment products, including cryptocurrencies and indices.
  • 🌟 Present Investment Opportunities: Showcase exciting investment opportunities, clearly conveying the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • 🛠️ Resolve Client Objections: Address and resolve client objections, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • 📊 Maintain CRM Systems: Keep accurate records and maintain a client database in the CRM system, analyzing data to enhance efficiency.
  • 🎯 Focus on Results: Stay focused on achieving high results and meeting targets for attracting and developing clients.

Requirements

  • 💼 Investment Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the investment market and investment products.
  • 🪙 Crypto Market Insight: Knowledge of the specifics and trends of the cryptocurrency market.
  • 🗣️ Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to engage in dialogue and persuade clients.
  • 💻 CRM Proficiency: Experience working with CRM systems, organizing information, and planning work time effectively.
  • 🏆 Result-Oriented: A high degree of organization and a focus on achieving results.
  • 🛡️ Objection Handling: Ability to address and resolve client objections confidently.
  • 🌐 Client Engagement: Willingness to work with your own and warm client base.
  • 🚀 Growth Mindset: A desire to grow in the field of investments and financial technologies.

Conditions

  • 🕒 Flexible working hours, just be available during established working hours.
  • 🌴 28 days of vacation per year + 7 bonus days!
  • 🤒 Fully paid sick leave.
  • 📝 Employment under a Service Agreement for a legal entity in Singapore.
