Sales manager (US)

Our sales managers will be the lunges of the Overseas sales team, they have to understand and care our clients perfectly, identifying their needs and remaining available for all their questions and concerns. They must ensure the economical results of the overseas team, applying the company’s strategies. They are the bridge between the clients and the company and must be ready to give any feedbacks (positives or negatives from the clients) to progress in the right direction.

Additionally of that, we want for this position a manager that already knows the mining industry. It’s mandatory.


Client’s research: The manager must have a good knowledge of the crypto market, and must know where to find clients (Own circle, LinkedIn, data base…). He must be able to introduce properly himself and the company to interest the potential clients.

Networking competences: The manager must be used to all process of networking to participate efficiently to local events.

Client’s Strategy: According to the information received from the clients and a market analyze, the account manager must propose the best options for the clients and to increase the results of the company.

Client’s Relation: The account manager, whatever B2B or B2C must consider each client as unique with specific needs and must be able to highlight the benefits that our products will bring him. The manager must become a reference for the clients who want invest!

Self-education: To ensure a high level of efficiency, the manager must follow the actuality of the market and understand what is happening to take advantage during the sales process and increase the quality of his advises for the clients.

Team Work: The manager is actively collaborating with the sales team but also with other departments (marketing, support, finance…) to provide for the client the best possible service. The feedbacks of the clients will be highly appreciate to improve continuously the company’s products and process.

Performance and Analyze: The manager must analyze the quality of his work following different parameters (Answer rate, Sales conversion, Amount…) and must be able to take decisions according to it (Pitch update, channel of communication…)

Autonomy: The work being fully remote, the manager must show a high level of autonomy, avoiding micro management in most of the case and bringing quality reports to his supervisor.


  • Commercial graduation or Successful experience in Sales
  • Experience in Telemarketing, Support or Sales
  • Perfect knowledge of the mining market

  • CRM Experience
  • Fluent at least in English (other additional languages will be appreciate)
