Responsibilities

  • 🤝 Engage with hiring managers, conduct briefings, and keep them updated on deadlines and any challenges.
  • 🕵️‍♀️ Craft search strategies independently and assess their effectiveness.
  • 🔍 Fine-tune the hiring funnel for optimal results.
  • 🔧 Identify problem areas and develop hypotheses for their resolution.
  • 💡 Bring modern recruiting and candidate sourcing methods to the table.
  • 🌍 Hire the best of the best from around the globe!

Requirements

  • 📅 At least 3 years of successful experience in recruitment in IT/crypto companies.
  • 🎯 Experience dealing with Senior-level and higher vacancies.
  • 🇺🇸 Speak English at least Upper Intermediate.
  • 🧠 Mastery in X-ray and Boolean search techniques, along with other essential candidate sourcing channels and tools.
  • 📊 Analytical mindset and a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • 🤝 Strong partnerships with hiring managers: adept at identifying and solving recruitment challenges, and proposing ready solutions.
  • 💬 Ability to articulate your perspective and engage in constructive debates.

Conditions

  • 🕒 Flexible working hours, just be available during established working hours.
  • 🌴 28 days of vacation per year + 7 bonus days!
