Our hiring team is on the lookout for a friendly and experienced Senior TA Manager. This person will play a key role in building teams for our new products and ensuring great communication with all hiring managers. We can’t wait to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Engaging with hiring managers, conducting briefings and keeping them updated on deadlines and any challenges
- Crafting search strategies independently and assessing their effectiveness
- Fine-tuning the hiring funnel
- Identifying problematic areas and coming up with hypotheses for their resolution
- Bringing modern recruiting and candidate sourcing methods to the table
- Hiring the best of the best from around the globe
Requirements
- At least 3 years of successful experience in recruitment in IT/crypto companies
- Experience in dealing with senior- and executive-level positions
- Speaking English at least Upper Intermediate
- Mastery in using X-ray and Boolean search techniques, along with other essential candidate sourcing channels and tools
- An analytical mindset and a data-driven decision-making approach
- The ability to establish strong partnerships with hiring managers: being adept at identifying and solving recruitment challenges, and proposing ready solutions
- The ability to articulate your perspective and engage in constructive debates
Conditions
- Flexible working hours, the main thing is to be in touch during established working hours;
- 28 days of vacation per year + 7 bonus days;

- Employment under a Service Agreement for a legal entity in Singapore;
