Responsibilities:

• Monitoring company assets and managing liquidity.
• Preparing daily and ad-hoc liquidity reports.
• Working with exchanges in various jurisdictions, including operations management and process optimization.
• Monitoring and analyzing fees to minimize costs.
• Identifying new opportunities to increase profitability on crypto exchanges.
• Participating in strategic planning to boost liquidity and scale operations.
• Handling fiat accounts, including SWIFT and SEPA transactions (as a plus).

Requirements:

• Experience working with crypto exchanges (Binance, Kraken, KuCoin, OKX, Gate, etc.).
• Understanding of exchanges in different jurisdictions and their regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of AML/Compliance processes.
• Skills in managing assets in fiat and cryptocurrency systems.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data.
• Ability to identify and implement strategies to improve profitability, including arbitrage.
• Relevant experience of 3+ years in treasury, financial, or crypto asset projects.
• Experience: 3+ years
• English Level: Advanced (C1)
